This is the story of Tanner Do, candidate for Congress in #TX03. Some information here is missed in the Tanner Do Ballotpedia profile so we are trying to serve a public information purpose.
Tanner claimed to serve in the military and has made this a hallmark of his campaign, but in his campaign video he includes numerous images of his uniform. One question that comes up is why does he have Coast Guard and Merchant Marine ribbons from World War II.
Tanner slammed another candidate for Stolen Valor, but the other candidate had a profile in Daily Kos disproving the right wing attack line that Tanner parrotted. It was also disproven in a Patriot, Not Partisan post and on pages of an independent 501(c)(3) that did its own investigation.
Meanwhile Tanner Do has no answers to domestic violence accusations against him from Austin and a love triangle between a married man and his ex-wife. We will not judge his previous relationships, but we would ask Tanner to consider is it appropriate to attack others when so much (and more) is going on in his life?
